Each day is a bit different, but our focus is always to ensure you're doing your exercises safely while having fun and reaching your fitness goals. Each class will include warmups, strength or skill work, metcons, and cooldowns too.
We'll also have this broken down for various skill levels so you'll still be able to do the exercise no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
We know you're busy, so we'll keep this short and efficient - just like our class. We want to get you in the gym, and back to your world as quickly and as safely as possible.
This class isn't focused on strength training or lifting heavy weights, but instead uses your own body strength, and a few lighter weights, to get you moving.
PF Kids & Teens
We focus on creating a fun and welcoming environment for all skill levels. We work out as a group but will customize the workout to each individual's level of fitness.
Foundation training is essential here so we can ensure our kids and teens are moving in a safe and efficient way that will move them forward in their years to come.
